Posted this in a local FB group and got absolutely mauled by skeptics, so I'm bringing it here where people might take it seriously.
This is going to sound barking mad, but I genuinely don't know where else to turn. For about two weeks now, I've been finding my stuff in different places.
The Scottish Highlands thing is real though. There's military infrastructure up there for a reason. Ballistic missile submarines, weapons testing...
Moderators here - we've actually discussed this. The challenge is that activity would fragment and some regions might end up quiet.

Skip the fancy kit, honestly. I've had better results with just a good camera and genuine curiosity than people with thousands of pounds of equipment.
Mate, I had almost exactly this happen to me near Colne about three years back. Same thing - silent, dark, car playing up. Never got to the bottom of it.

Want to do a proper frame-by-frame analysis? If you can link the video I can pull it apart properly - check for editing artifacts, lighting consistency, movement physics.

This is a genuinely good idea. Would definitely help with regional analysis. The mods could probably set this up without too much trouble - it's just a structural reorganisation. I'd support it.

Did you feel any physical contact? Any cold spots when you were near the cottage? The singing is fascinating but I'm more interested in whether there was actual paranormal contact or just auditory...

Right, so I had this ridiculous thought at work today. Imagine the civil servants at the Ministry tasked with monitoring paranormal forums.

Get a 4G signal booster or satellite communicator. If your mobile dies down there you're in trouble.
I live near Dover, nothing weird reported in 2019 or 2020 that I remember. You'd expect the local news to pick up on actual UFO sightings over a busy port town.

The colour-shifting is interesting though. Could be atmospheric refraction if the object was very high up and moving through different light angles.

This is the third report from that specific location in two years. I'm collating data for a proper study. Would you be willing to fill out a detailed witness statement?
Love the site, but I'm finding it increasingly difficult to track reports specific to my area (Scotland). We've got hundreds of threads and they're all mixed together chronologically.
Genuinely baffled by this. The Americans have UAP hearings, NASA's making statements, the Pentagon released videos. Meanwhile in Britain we get... what? A memo from 1981 that's 90% redacted?
