6. Strike System

Strikes expire after 6 months of good conduct. Severe violations (such as posting illegal content) may result in immediate account suspension without prior warnings.

7. 24-Hour Edit Window

You may edit your own content (such as reviews and posts) for up to 24 hours after submission. After this period, the content is locked. If you need to make changes after the edit window has closed, please contact us via our contact page to open a support ticket.

8. Reporting Content

If you encounter content that violates our guidelines, you can report it using the report button. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Abusing the report system (e.g., filing false reports) may itself result in strikes against your account.

9. Encounter Reports & Quirk Reports

Encounter reports submitted through our AI interview system (powered by Fox Quirk) are published as Quirk Reports on the website and shared in the community forum. By submitting an encounter report, you confirm that:

• The account describes your genuine experience or belief
• You are not knowingly submitting false or fabricated reports intended to deceive
• Any photos or evidence you upload are your own or you have permission to share them
• You consent to the report being published publicly on Quirk Reports

Quirk Reports does not verify or endorse the accuracy of encounter reports. All reports represent the personal experiences and opinions of the individuals who submitted them.

10. AI-Generated Content

Quirk Reports uses artificial intelligence in several ways, including the Fox Quirk interview assistant, content generation, and forum autoposter features. AI-generated content is clearly produced by automated systems and should not be taken as professional advice, scientific fact, or expert opinion. Quirk Reports is an entertainment and community website — not a scientific or medical resource.

11. The Arcade

Our arcade games are provided for entertainment purposes. Game scores and leaderboard rankings are tracked for community fun and bragging rights. We reserve the right to reset scores, remove entries, or modify game mechanics at any time. Any attempt to cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores may result in your scores being removed and potential account action.
