Love the site, but I'm finding it increasingly difficult to track reports specific to my area (Scotland). We've got hundreds of threads and they're all mixed together chronologically. Would it be possible to create regional sub-forums?

Something like: Scotland, Northern England, Midlands, Southern England, Wales, Northern Ireland? It would make it way easier to identify patterns and activity clusters in specific areas. Plus, locals could coordinate investigation trips.

I realise this might be a lot of moderator work, but I reckon it would significantly improve the site's functionality as a research resource. Just a thought!

This is a genuinely good idea. Would definitely help with regional analysis. The mods could probably set this up without too much trouble - it's just a structural reorganisation. I'd support it.

Moderators here - we've actually discussed this. The challenge is that activity would fragment and some regions might end up quiet. But we're looking at possibly implementing it as an optional filter rather than forcing people into regional threads. Good suggestion though.

As a Londoner, I'd love this. The London stuff gets completely buried under everything else. Regional sub-forums would be brilliant.
