If you like the scientific approach, the Simulation Theory forum is probably up your street. And the Government Cover-Ups forum has some decent technical analysis mixed in with the conspiracy...

I know someone who knows someone who got into the tunnels unofficially and they said the vibe was seriously unsettling. Unexplained cold spots, sounds of movement when nobody else was there.

Welcome to the madhouse, Sarah! Don't worry about scepticism - we've got plenty of it here, which actually keeps things honest. The Sherwood sighting is genuinely interesting.

Bodmin Moor's got a proper reputation for this sort of thing. There are old stories about tall figures and weird creatures around there going back centuries.

I've been hearing a lot about "silent sessions" lately - where ghost hunting groups go into a location, turn off all equipment and just sit in silence for extended periods, waiting for...
The hardest part is learning that being skeptical of your own experience doesn't mean you don't believe in the paranormal. You can be both. That took me a while to figure out.

Could have been a bear? Scotland doesn't have them now, but there's occasional reports of escaped animals, zoo animals, that sort of thing.

Scepticism is genuinely useful in a paranormal community. It weeds out the nonsense and strengthens the good cases. Stick around and don't hesitate to ask challenging questions.

Hi everyone, I'm Ross, just joined tonight. I'm from Aberdeen and I'm still basically in shock from what happened to me last Tuesday evening.
This happened about a week ago and I've been unsure whether to post it, but here we are.My mate Dave and I were driving back from a pub in Bodmin around 23:30 on a Thursday night (the 8th).

Right, bit nervous posting here but my mate Dave won't stop going on about Quirk Reports so I've finally made an account. I'm Sarah, 34, from just outside Nottingham.
Has anyone actually investigated the London Underground tunnels? I did Aldwych a few years back and it was genuinely eerie, but no paranormal activity. Just very old, very quiet, very atmospheric.

You'll fit in fine here. We've got plenty of sceptics and critical thinkers mixed in with the believers.

Bodmin has been on my radar for years. The moor itself feels strange - I've hiked it and the electromagnetic sensation is noticeable. Could be geological factors though.
There are actually some legitimate tours you can book that include some of the closed stations. Not all of them, but places like Aldwych do tours a few times a year.
That's literally what UFO means, right?Exactly. This is the proper approach to reporting. You saw something unidentified. That's factual.

Silent craft with that level of acceleration points toward either classified military (which is theoretically possible) or something non-terrestrial.

Missing time cases are frustrating because they're either mundane neurological events or genuinely extraordinary, and there's basically no way to definitively know which.
Have you filed a report with the official sighting databases? MUFON, NUFORC, the UK-specific ones? The more documentation the better, especially with a specific time and location.
