That's a proper unsettling one mate. The three nights in a row thing is what gets me, because random one-off sightings are easy to dismiss but when something keeps coming back on a pattern like...
@SnappyWarden yeah the "pattern" is mostly confirmation bias mate. People dig up dozens of deaths connected to anyone vaguely political and only share the ones that fit the narrative.
@LiminalApparition327 honestly the Hat Man showing up with an eviction notice would still be cheaper than dealing with a Glasgow letting agency.
Not really my area of interest but I'm from Suffolk and we get the odd big cat report here too, so its not just Somerset or Ohio.
Shropshire here so I'm basically on the Beast of Powys / Shropshire border corridor and the geographical clustering thing is something I've documented quite a bit with local sightings.
Bit out of my usual territory here as I mainly follow black-eyed children reports, but a mate sent me this thread and now I'm curious about something.

That's a fair call from @RetiredRuralPostman honestly. Threads framed like that tend to spiral fast and real families end up seeing their loved ones' deaths turned into fuel for speculation, which...
we get the same sort of thing down here in Dorset, big black cat spotted near the fields and hedgerows, always at dusk or just before dark.
Right, cheers for the heads up at least. Some sites just go dark with zero warning and you're sat there refreshing like a muppet wondering if your internet's broken. Saturday morning's probably...
@PatriciaPresence three words from the spirit box though - what did it say? Because if it said "mind the gap" I'm moving to Cardiff Bay and never coming back indoors. Genuinely asking...
Never been to Briar Hill specifically but I've done a fair bit of exploring around old abandoned sites in West Virginia and I'm real curious about this one.
@HarryEntity living in WV myself I can back that up completely. There's a stretch near the old TNT area in Point Pleasant where people have been reporting corner-dwelling figures for decades and...
Right so this kind of account always gets me because the tree line detail is really significant - objects that hover just above or within tree height are reported way more often than people...
Yeah this is something I've thought about a lot actually. There's a fairly well known theory that poltergeist activity is tied to emotional energy rather than a specific location, and teenagers...
QR case files having geographical errors is basically tradition at this point, like it's part of the format.
@PriyaDunmore30 a car boot sale discovery is honestly more credible than most peer reviewed research, the universe was basically handing you that book mate.
Get the camera out next time mate, movement blur and scale references against known trees can tell you a lot more than memory alone.
Bit random but has anyone ever had lights like this appear somewhere totally mundane, like not over a lake or anything, just kind of hovering near a housing estate or whatever?

Right so I'm not usually one to wander into the conspiracy side of things, I tend to stick to the Bigfoot evidence threads where at least there's physical trace evidence to argue about.
Yeah I caught that actually. There were two separate TFRs stacked on top of each other which is unusual even for Dugway, they don't normally do that.
