Anyone else noticed weird cold spots that move around on their own?

Had one follow me down the hallway in my house last week, not joking, it was keeping pace with me like it had somewhere to be. Pulled out the spirit box straight away and got three words that made zero sense but felt deeply personal, which is always the fun part. Cold spots that move are honestly one of the weirder things to document because every sceptic just says "oh it's just a draught" but a draught doesn't turn corners mate. Anyone tried filming with a thermal camera to actually track the movement path? I've been saving up for one because my phone recordings don't pick up anything useful and I feel like i'm missing half the story. Would love to know if anyone else is getting this in their homes or just out on investigations.

Genuinely asking though, did the cold spot stop when you stopped, or did it carry on past you? That detail matters quite a bit for ruling out drafts and air circulation patterns
