Anyone else notice the weird lights over Lake Michigan last Thursday night?

Bit random but has anyone ever had lights like this appear somewhere totally mundane, like not over a lake or anything, just kind of hovering near a housing estate or whatever? Asking because last week I saw something similar over the coast here in Cornwall and I cant find anything online about it. Three lights in a triangle pattern, completely silent, just sat there for maybe 2 minutes then gone. No idea if its related to the Lake Michigan thing but the triangle formation sounds the same from what people are describing. Is that a common shape for sightings or is it usually more random? Genuinely never paid much attention to UFO stuff before but this has got me thinking.
