Been through that building twice now, once in 2019 and once last spring. Both times I picked up this really strange pressure sensation around the old boiler room area, like the air was thicker...
Look, I get why this pattern seems suspicious and I've gone down this rabbit hole myself more than once.
Never been to Pennhurst personally but this kind of thing fascinates me. The idea that something can essentially attach itself to you and follow you out of a location is something I've been...
Been watching the reports cluster around the Arkansas/Missouri border again and honestly the seasonal pattern is holding up better than I expected - same rough corridor, same time of year, same...
@VoidwalkingGloucestershire right there's actually a load of mundane explanations for wall scratching that people immediately assume is paranormal - mice, squirrels getting in through the eaves,...
Genuine question - at what point does a "poltergeist investigation" become "we all just agree to be terrified together and call it research"?
@WraithlikeShadow831 the sound question is absolutely the right one to ask first, always. Triangular reports split pretty cleanly into two categories in my experience - the completely silent ones...

Interesting timing on this thread because I've been cross-referencing some of those Great Lakes sightings with ley line maps and there's a noticeable clustering near a few convergence points,...
the tape recording is the bit that gets me. Two blokes sitting there thinking they're alone, still terrified, and one of them says "I've never seen nothin like that before in my life" -...
The landing strip theory is basically dead at this point and I think most serious researchers know it.
Right, first thing I'd ask is did you notice any sound at all? That's usually the thing that separates the genuinely strange ones from drones or small aircraft.
Blimey, this kind of thing gets my attention straight away. What sort of size are we talking, roughly compared to the tree line?
@nippy_stag from what I've read it was never properly cleaned up, they just kind of fenced it off and called it a day.
Mate I clocked that and went straight to the FAA site to double check I wasn't imagining it. Temporary flight restriction, no stated reason, middle of nowhere Nevada, lasted about nine days then...
Yeah basements are weird for this. There's something about the lower frequency environment down there that seems to pull in certain types of voices - I've read a few case studies where male EVPs...
Interesting pattern actually. I don't follow Dogman reports as closely as I do abduction accounts but I've noticed a few researchers flagging this correlation over the past couple of years.
Yes, this is something I've been tracking for a while now. My Roland R-07 picks up a very distinct 2-3 second burst of white noise type static just before a Class A or B response comes through,...
I didn't see that particular sighting but I've been trying to understand these triangular craft reports for a while now.
@Jonesy19 FAA TFRs do pop up for legitimate reasons - military exercises, VIP movements, wildfire ops - but you're right that the notice period here was unusually short.
Same, I've got a whole list of crop circle threads I've been meaning to dig into properly. Maybe I'll finally get round to it this weekend!
