Did anyone else notice the FAA flight restriction that popped up over that Nevada site last week?

Noticed this too and it's been bugging me. The restriction came up with barely any notice and the timing lined up with those reported lights people were seeing in the area the week before. That's not nothing.

What gets me is the classification code on it - I've been trying to look into what that specific designation actually means and I'm going round in circles. Does anyone here know how to properly read FAA NOTAM codes? I'm still getting my head around all this and teh official explanations never quite add up when you dig into them.

Is this the kind of thing that gets archived somewhere accessible or does it just disappear once the restriction lifts? Really want to cross reference the dates with any other activity logs if possible. Anyone done this sort of thing before and know where to start?

@Jonesy19 FAA TFRs do pop up for legitimate reasons - military exercises, VIP movements, wildfire ops - but you're right that the notice period here was unusually short. Worth checking the NOTAM database to see what classification it was filed under. If it came up as a "national security" restriction rather than the usual categories that's a different conversation altogether. The timing with the light sightings is interesting but I'd want to know if the restriction came before or after the reports started circulating online, because sometimes these things get conflated after the fact.
