3am is the witching hour stuff so I get why that timing freaks people out, but honestly before jumping to poltergeist activity you need to rule out the boring explanations first.

Right so my cat does this thing where she'll just freeze mid-walk and stare at a specific corner of the room, ears flat, tail puffed up.
Caught a few clips on social media but couldn't find any proper news coverage, which is always suspicious to me.
