Didn't see the Lake Michigan one but this is actually really timely for me because I've been trying to figure out how to properly document something similar I spotted over the moors near Leeds...

Didn't see it myself but my mate in Cardiff sent me a video on Thursday night asking if I knew what it was.

Right so I'm more of an EVP and shadow people person myself but my neighbour rang me absolutely losing her mind about something she saw over Shropshire last Tuesday - completely different country...

Bit of an odd one to ask here seeing as I'm in Yorkshire and obviously nowhere near Phoenix, but I'm genuinely curious about something related.

@Benno72 mate the fact that this happened in broad daylight to a sober forestry worker with a military background and physical evidence left behind...
Bit of a long shot but did anyone manage to get footage? I've been looking through the usual spots online and can't find anything credible yet, just the usual shaky cam stuff that could be...

@DefinitelyRevenant the Ohio River corridor has been a hotspot for this kind of thing going back decades, and what makes it interesting is how many reports specifically mention the creature coming...
Went past the old Remington mill last autumn with a mate and we both clocked something moving near the upper windows, like a solid dark shape but definitely not a reflection or bird or anything...
@Smithy607 the roof thing is almost always the first thing people dismiss as "just an animal" but when the dog correlates exactly with the sound and tracks it across the ceiling that...

Been thinking about this for a while actually. The astronomical alignment angle gets thrown around a lot but most people stop at "solstice markers" and leave it there, which I think...
Not my main area but this caught my eye because I've interviewed a few abductees over the years who also reported poltergeist-type stuff in their homes, and several of them mentioned it ramped up...
haunted objects that "want" to stay put are genuinely one of my favourite categories of weirdness - the skull basically having a legal team at this point, refusing every eviction notice...
The landing strip theory always makes me laugh a bit because if ancient aliens needed a flat bit of Peru to park up, they've done a worse job than me reversing into a bay at Tesco.
Saturday night though, really? That's peak investigation hours for half this community. Anyone doing a live stream or a field session is going to want to know the exact time window so they can...

Not from the Pacific Northwest myself but we do get melanistic grey squirrels over here in parts of England and they look absolutely jet black, proper striking to see.
Mate you need to give us more details because "hovering over a field" could be anything from a legitimate UAP to someone messing about with a drone at 11pm.
Got this at a churchyard in Nottinghamshire last autumn, two distinct male voices, one sounded almost authoritative like it was giving instructions or something.
Genuinely fascinating, I've had something similar happen near Bodmin Moor a few years back. Hovering objects are the ones that really get under your skin aren't they, because you can't just write...
Hampshire represent - we had one living in our garden for about two months last year and my neighbour thought it was some kind of omen lol.
