Not been to Tahoe personally but we get the exact same thing round Pendle Hill - that high pitched shrieking that definitely isn't any animal you can easily identify.
Never been to Ohio myself but places like that always follow the same pattern don't they - abandoned medical building, loads of reported activity, everyone who visits comes back with orb photos...
