Something followed me home from London Underground on Halloween night
I'm posting this because I need to know if anyone else has experienced something similar, and I'm genuinely unsettled. This happened on 31st October around 11:30pm.

Hi everyone! New to Quirk Reports, looking to understand what you all believe
Right, just joined and I'm trying to get my bearings. I've been interested in the paranormal for a while - listened to some podcasts, read a few books - but I'm genuinely unsure what the consensus...

Black cat sighting on the moors - genuine cryptid or escaped exotic pet?
Did you get any photos? Got to say, without evidence it's difficult to distinguish between a large feral dog, an escaped lynx or puma, or a genuine undocumented big cat population.

Has anyone successfully recorded EVP using the Borley Rectory method?
The original Price recordings are extremely difficult to verify now. What survives is mostly his interpretations of what was recorded.

The Rendlesham Forest incident—why is this still so controversial?
The radiation readings have been challenged because the equipment used wasn't necessarily calibrated correctly and the readings weren't that dramatically elevated anyway.

Possible Borley Rectory activity—something in the grounds, late evening
This is going to sound strange, so bear with me. I was visiting the Borley Rectory ruins last month (November 23rd, around 7 PM, twilight) doing some amateur photography.

Saw something massive in the Peak District - still don't know what it was
Red-brown fur, four-legged gait, size... have you looked into reports of the British Big Cat? There's loads of them documented in the Pennines over the last 30 years.

Weird pattern: Mandela effects and recurring numbers - am I noticing patterns that aren't there?
The Mandela effects are actually well-explained by how human memory works. We don't record memories perfectly - we reconstruct them, and when everyone's reconstruction is slightly off in the same...

Recording equipment for paranormal investigations - what's actually worth buying?
EVP is controversial even within paranormal circles, but if you're going to do it, do it properly. Get a Zoom H4n or H6, learn audio editing, understand what your equipment's actual limitations...

Hi! Skeptic here - is this forum going to drive me mad?
I'm genuinely not trying to be a knob about it. Famous last words! Just kidding. We get a lot of skeptics here, and most discussions are actually pretty balanced.

Why hasn't there been a proper inquiry into the Rendlesham Forest incident?
MPs could demand this information under parliamentary privilege if they actually cared. But most of them are embarrassed by the paranormal angle and don't want to be associated with "UFOs." That's...

London Underground Northern Line strange passenger - September 2024
London's got LAYERS of history. The Northern Line runs under the old Bedlam site, crosses through plague pits, over ancient burial grounds.

Documentary rec: 'The Phenomenon' (2020) - anyone seen it?
Watched it when it came out. It's solid documentary work. My only criticism is that it still doesn't quite push hard enough on the "what are governments actually hiding" angle - there's a lot of...

Has anyone actually seen the Yorkshire Moorland Creature? Summer solstice sightings cluster?
Been following these reports for years. Most likely explanations: escaped big cats (illegal private ownership), misidentified domestic animals, or genuine unknown species.

Why are the Americans more transparent about UFOs than Britain?
Americans have FOIA, we have the Official Secrets Act. That's literally it. Our government can classify something 'national security' and it stays classified for 50+ years.
