Dogs are one of the best detectors we've got, full stop. People laugh at that but the literature on animal sensitivity to infrasound and electromagnetic anomalies is pretty solid.

Yeah this actually caught my attention too. We had two "unplanned" outages in my county last October and when I pulled the old utility calendar from the state archive site, both windows...
@mia_singh worth cross-referencing that EVP against the documented accounts of Lady Janet Douglas who was burned at the stake in 1537 on charges of witchcraft - the castle's connection to her is...
Fair enough, these things need doing. Just hope it's not smack in the middle of Saturday afternoon when I'm usually poking around the forums with a brew. Anyone know if there's a rough time for...

@ActualRelic mate you've got "book" there - did you mean "booked a flight to go investigate" or did your phone just give up halfway through like the rest of us when we try to...

Right so this happened to me about three years ago in the fields near Ledbury, which if you know Herefordshire is basically middle of nowhere farmland.
Right so I've never been to Hargrove specifically but shadow figures in old industrial buildings are genuinely one of the most documented recurring phenomena we have and the mill environment makes...

@DarkShadow181 that's actually a really good question because in almost every haunted location case I've looked into, sound disturbances come first.

Bit outside my usual territory this one since I'm more of a UFO/psychic phenomena person, but I've been following the Great Lakes Dogman stuff with genuine interest lately.
Not really my area but I stumbled across this thread and I'm curious. I've been reading up on NDEs for a while now and a few accounts I've come across mention a similar kind of static or white...
@HampshireLurker I've actually been trying to do exactly that for the past few weeks, pulling together A44 incidents from various forums and old newspaper archives.
Not my usual territory - I'm mostly a ghost hunting lad - but my mate sent me a video Thursday night that he filmed from the lakeside and honestly it got me curious enough to post here. Three...

Yeah this happened to me not long after my nan passed. A photo of her slid right off the shelf and landed face up, totally undamaged. No vibrations, no draft, nothing logical about it.
Not really my area if I'm honest - I'm usually more focused on ground-level stuff, EVPs and shadow activity rather than craft sightings. But I'm curious about something.

@scruffy_nomad that's a really interesting point about the status angle. Do you think it's the emotional residue from years of that kind of existence, or more that those buildings were just...

Faslane keeps coming up doesn't it. Three separate witnesses with matching accounts is significant, that's not coincidence territory anymore. The military base connection is something researchers...
Yeah this has happened to me a few times down here in New Orleans. Right before a session kicks off, maybe 30-60 seconds out, you get this burst of interference that just cuts out clean when you...
Right, so what height was it sitting at roughly? And was it completely silent or was there any hum/vibration you could feel more than hear?
