Right so I've only done maybe a dozen spirit box sessions total so take this with a grain of salt, but I did notice my two clearest responses ever both happened within a day or two of a full moon.
Never been to Waverly Hills myself (bit of a trek from Warwickshire!) but I've read a lot about that staircase area and the cold spots there seem to come up constantly across different accounts...

The tower blackout angle gets raised every time there's a major incident and it almost never holds up when you actually map the outage data against the timeline properly.
