Did anyone else notice the power grid went down in 3 different cities the same night as that "weather balloon" incident?

Right so I've been following this since it first came up and the power grid thing is what really got me. Three cities, same night, no official explanation beyond "planned maintenance" which is laughable. Planned maintenance doesn't happen simultaneously across three separate grid zones at 2am on a Tuesday.

What I keep wondering is whether whatever was travelling through that airspace was drawing on local power sources somehow. There are reports going back decades of UFO sightings correlating with localised blackouts and I don't think that's coincidence. Teh Rendlesham incident had strange electromagnetic effects too and that was practically on my doorstep here in Wiltshire, well close enough.

Does anyone have the actual timestamps for when each city lost power relative to the reported sighting? That detail seems crucial and I haven't been able to find anything solid yet. If someone's already compiled that I'd love to see it before I start digging through the local news archives myself.
