stripped of all the legend-building, was anything interesting - probably not, to be honest. This is why I always say look at modern cases where you can actually gather evidence properly.

£189.99? Blimey. I got mine from the US for about $130 (roughly £103) with shipping. Check eBay international listings if you're thinking about buying - often cheaper than UK retailers, though you...

I'm writing this at 2 AM because I can't sleep and my girlfriend thinks I'm being ridiculous but I genuinely feel like something is wrong.
The object appears to have consistent luminosity and movement pattern that doesn't quite match typical aircraft or helicopters.

just 'is it spooky or not spooky?' like we're five years old This exactly. It's such lazy journalism.

- Spending an entire evening discussing whether the location is 'active' when you basically just heard wind noises- Someone's torch detecting 'cold spots' (it's detecting nothing, cold spots...

You're being too rational about this. The sheer volume of reports from different people across decades suggests something genuine was happening there, even if we can't now prove what exactly.

Ask them directly: how many believers versus skeptics are they featuring? What's their editorial angle? Get it in writing if possible. BBC can be fair, but you need to know what you're walking into.

I've been down to the site (it's a private farm now, can't actually access it properly). The locals in Borley village are absolutely sick of paranormal tourists and most of them think the whole...

Did anyone notice Sky News didn't even mention the actual electromagnetic readings from that area? That's the interesting part!

The metadata's been scrubbed from the TikTok version, but I managed to find an earlier upload on Reddit that still had EXIF data.

Spent the evening thinking about how predictable we all are:- Torch with failing batteries that always dies at the crucial moment- One friend who's 'very sensitive' and won't go in the basement-...
The BBC thing annoyed me too. They had an opportunity to discuss actual paranormal investigation methodology and instead made it into a 'spooky story' segment.
