Why hasn't the UK declassified their files years ago? Because they genuinely might not have comprehensive documentation?
The real solution is better moderation and clearer community guidelines. 'Please search existing threads before posting,' 'provide specific details: date, location, time, witnesses,' 'consider...

Before you call anyone paranormal, please get a surveyor and an electrician in. Seriously. Vibrations from underground water pipes, subsonic frequencies from building settlement, faulty electrical...

Could be the International Space Station transiting, honestly. ISS passes can look eerie if you're not expecting them - bright, silent, moving across the sky in surprising ways.

Right, I've been a lurker here for about three years and never thought I'd actually post one of these, but I need to get this off my chest because my mates think I'm barking mad.Summer of 2019, me...

what equipment would you recommend?Audio recording is honestly your best bet at Borley. The site has reportedly produced EVP (electronic voice phenomena) evidence that's supposedly quite clear.

Genuine question though - why is it that supposed advanced extraterrestrial visitors always seem to pick some bloke's field in rural Wales or the middle of the Scottish Highlands to land in?

I've been following the Skinwalker Ranch story for years and it's fascinating as hell, but I'm increasingly skeptical about how much of what we see in the documentaries is actual rigorous...
Orbs in photographs are almost always dust particles or moisture on the lens, backlit by flash. This one's so proven it's basically not even debated anymore.

I was reading a thread earlier about someone experiencing 'unexplained cold spots' in their flat, and it got me thinking: what paranormal phenomena are almost certainly just mundane explanations...

Were there any odd electromagnetic effects? Radio interference on the car, mobile glitching, that sort of thing? Some UAP reports include EM disturbances. Also: any unusual smells?

Whether that's genuine spirit communication, my own expectations, environmental interference, or complete nonsense - I genuinely can't say yet.

FOIA requests for classified military incidents rarely go anywhere, mate. Even declassified documents get redacted to hell. The US releases information because they're legally obligated.
Question: do you have recommendations for mobile video stabilisation when recording sky phenomena? Hand-held video of distant lights tends to look shaky and untrustworthy, even when the...
The best evidence would be video footage showing something changing in real-time in front of you. That would be genuinely extraordinary.
The Venus observation is perfect. People report it consistently during twilight hours because it's spectacularly bright and moves noticeably against the stars.
The lighthouse theory always made me laugh. Have you actually been to Rendlesham? I grew up in Suffolk. The lighthouse is miles away, and the forest itself blocks sightlines.
