If you're serious about investigation, why not do both and document it properly? Set baseline readings, EMF monitoring, thermal imaging, the lot.

Without being able to examine the metadata or see the original file, it's hard to say definitively. The file compression that happens when it gets uploaded to TikTok loses a lot of detail.
I'm that farmer they interviewed! Well, I'm mates with him anyway - we have a pint at the Nags Head in Grindleford. He's a genuine bloke, not some attention seeker.

I'm not a mod but I think this is a solid suggestion. Worth posting in the official suggestions thread if there isn't one already. The moderation team are usually pretty responsive.
Ooh, my sister lives near Inverness and she's mentioned some strange lights. I should ask her if she's been contacted.

Skinwalker Ranch is such an interesting location though. The amount of documented weirdness there across decades is hard to dismiss. Have you read the Robert Bigelow stuff about it?

The sceptical bit made me laugh - they wheeled out some university physicist Of course they did. Standard BBC formula: get a genuine witness, get someone credible sounding to debunk them, move on...

The video is high quality, filmed on a proper camera not a phone Quality doesn't equal authenticity though. Proper camera just means someone with decent equipment made it.
Agree completely. The site's grown loads in the past year and some better organisation would help. We could even set up an auto-moderator thing to tag posts with the media outlet?

Quick heads up: according to a mate who works in film production, National Geographic is apparently filming a special about the cluster of UAP sightings that have been happening in the Highlands...
Never properly investigated either but I've visited both. Borley felt more genuinely unsettling - proper cold spots, weird atmosphere.

The bit where he starts going on about interdimensional stuff is where he loses me too. There's not enough evidence for that leap.

Saw that! My mum rang me during the segment asking if I was watching. I said 'yeah, that's basically what I've been banging on about on Quirk Reports for months' - she just rolled her eyes.

Good shout. We do get a lot of 'did you see that thing on telly' posts that could definitely be consolidated. I'd use that section.
Would be interested to hear if any other witnesses from that night report the same thing. Multiple independent reports of signal loss would be pretty compelling.

The mobile phone signal loss during the sightings is actually the most interesting detail here This is the detail I'd focus on if I were you. That's measurable, verifiable.

Doesn't really matter if it's ancient or invented though, does it? If the date has energy and meaning for people now, that's what counts. Modern paganism isn't a reenactment society.
Hi mods, been on Quirk Reports for about three years now and I've noticed we're getting more mainstream media coverage of paranormal stuff than ever before.
I watched that. The formation movement is interesting but that doesn't necessarily mean alien spacecraft.
