Quick technical question for the EVP crowd. I've been doing EVP work for about two years with digital recorders (Zoom H4n, about £120) and I'm wondering if I'm missing data by not using old-school...
I did EVP work at Borley in 2019 (before the recent ownership). Spent a night with an EMF meter and a digital recorder. Got absolutely nothing.

Could the lights have been military? There's helicopter training around Cornwall sometimes, and the MoD does classified stuff that civilians never hear about.
He's not one for paranormal stuff at all, which is why I'm taking this seriously This is the key detail honestly.

Post the three incidents your mate mentioned (without identifying him or being specific enough to doxx him) and we can start correlating them with public reports.
I'd recommend going back during daylight (people are braver in daylight) with a torch, digital thermometer, and voice recorder. Check for cold spots, try to get EVP responses.

I know Borley's got a dodgy history with Harry Price Right, so Harry Price basically invented modern ghost hunting, but he was also an absolute charlatan who stage-managed evidence.

This is exactly how cover-ups work though - normalize the data collection, make it seem bureaucratic and boring, cross-reference everything so they understand the scope of incidents.
Blurred features + translucent quality + nobody seeing him + disappearing at a station = classic cryptid/paranormal entity behavior. You should file a formal report with us.

Livestock deaths with no obvious cause + strange lights = classic "alien abduction test scenario." I'm not being funny - there's loads of documentation from the US where exactly this pattern...
I ride the Tube daily and people are constantly appearing and disappearing, especially at crowded times.

Bodmin's basically the Rendlesham Forest of the southwest - decades of weird sightings. The Beast of Bodmin cryptid reports go back years, but those wouldn't explain the light phenomena.
Something's moved in Love the horror-movie setup 😄 But seriously, if there's something new in the Highlands, poachers would've noticed too. Have you asked around the village pubs?

Can you share the blurry mobile photo? At least then we can discuss specifics rather than speculation. And honestly, a ghillie's testimony is worth more than some TikTok "evidence" anyway.
Get your mate to file a formal sighting report with the BFRO (Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization). They take UK sightings seriously.

the fact that they're actively looking suggests something happened that concerned them enough to suddenly care OR it could be that new staff came in who actually give a shit about cataloguing this...
I've never heard of Patricia Whitmore specifically, but Essex has a LOT of mediums claiming connections to Borley.

Could you retrace your steps and map out exactly where you were and where she appeared? If we've got a specific location within the cemetery, we could correlate it with burial records.

If your mate can't legally talk about this, he probably shouldn't be talking about it to you at the pub. That said, the RAF has definitely been spooked by something recently.
massive black humanoid shape This is either the most significant Sasquatch sighting in the UK this decade, or a misidentification.
