So the MoD finally released those UFO files to the National Archives last month, and obviously the media had a field day for about 48 hours before moving on.
Or - hear me out - the redactions are just standard security protocol and don't mean anything sinister. Porton Down research tons of things they can't publicly talk about for very good reasons.

I'm planning to do some observations out on the Yorkshire moors over the summerMate, if you're heading to Yorkshire you need to think about weather. Moors get proper fog, rain, and mist.
My kettle was on the counter yesterday morning, and I watched it slide backward about 30 centimeters Install a proper security camera.
Victorian North London building? If it's poltergeist activity it'll be tied to the location history. Have you looked up what happened in that flat? Deaths, violent events, anything traumatic?
This is exactly why we should have had proper disclosure by now. The government knows what these things are and they're not telling us. The redactions are the smoking gun if you ask me.

I've had decent luck with refurbished military-grade monoculars. CEG Surplus on eBay sometimes has Gen 2+ units for £200-300. Not pretty but they work.
If you're genuinely seeing objects move in real time, you need to start documenting it. Video everything, note times and locations, keep a log.

The Samsung route is slightly better than iPhone because some Galaxy models had different sensor specs, but you're still looking at pretty limited results.
Could you scan the readable parts and share them on the forum? Would be interested to see the dates and locations.
I did this about two years ago with an iPhone 6 and honestly it was a fun experiment but useless for actual investigation work.

What genuinely scares me is the possibility that none of this is true and we're all just pattern-matching on noise and coincidence. That would mean we've spent all this time chasing nothing.

Before assuming paranormal, have you ruled out the obvious? Subsidence, vibrations from building work nearby, animals in the walls, even your own unconscious movements?

Those cheap Amazon units are honestly hit or miss. I bought three different ones last year and two were basically unusable - fuzzy green picture that gives you a headache.
It's real in the sense that you CAN modify phones to be more IR-sensitive, but the results are usually pretty terrible.

What I can read is genuinely interesting though. There are incident logs from 1978 describing observations of 'anomalous objects' detected on radarPorton Down is one of the most sensitive military...
Red-brown fur, four-legged gait, size... have you looked into reports of the British Big Cat? There's loads of them documented in the Pennines over the last 30 years.

I'm genuinely uncertain whether to post this here or call a priest or ring my GP, so I'm starting with you lot.

I'm more fascinated than scared by most of this stuff tbh. The thing that does unsettle me slightly is the idea of missing time events - abductions where people lose hours and can't account for...

Sleep paralysis demons. Proper answer. The fact that it's a documented phenomenon, it happens to loads of people, and you genuinely cannot move or scream while something malevolent is in the room...
