Fellow Manchester resident here. Did you happen to notice any electromagnetic interference? Mobile signals dropping out, streetlights flickering?
There's a book called 'Talking to the Dead' (or something similar) that goes into the science. The short version: EVP recording is basically a form of modern divination.
Right, I've done investigations at Pendle Hill, Pendle Castle, Pendle Museum, and about fifteen other 'haunted' locations across Lancashire and Yorkshire, and I've noticed a pattern: the places...
I've been lurking on Quirk Reports for about three years now, and I genuinely think our resident sceptics - you know who you are - are providing a far better service to this community than the...
I've been running a database of Highlands sightings for three years. Happy to share data if you're serious about this.

"Spiritual energy" and "needs some TLC" are basically the same thing, aren't they? Both mean "this place is a money pit but we're hoping you won't notice until you've signed the paperwork."
This is interesting because the Underground has some genuinely cryptozoological reputation. There's been decades of anecdotal reports about 'tunnel creatures' - usually dismissed as rats or...
