From Pendle. My nan swore the house was haunted. I thought she was daft. Then I moved in.

Borley Rectory - visiting next month, what should I bring?
Bring a proper torch, not just your phone light. The site can be a right maze of rubble and overgrown gardens, and there's been reports of people twisting ankles. A good LED torch is about £15-20.

Has anyone else just... given up trying to convince people cryptids are real?
This is actually healthy though. The moment you stop trying to prove something to everyone else is when you can actually enjoy researching it.

RAF Lakenheath incident files declassified—what we learned
I've been following declassification efforts for fifteen years and the Lakenheath stuff is genuinely interesting because it's so mundane in presentation.

Dark winter on the Yorkshire moors—anyone else heard the screams?
Like an elk call mixed with a man's roar, if that makes sense. This is actually a really good description and I don't think it's a red herring.

Poltergeist stopped after we redecorated - coincidence or something else?
Good analysis. Honestly, whether it was psychological or paranormal in origin, the outcome is the same - your daughter is better and the phenomena stopped. That's what matters.

Borley Rectory - worth visiting in 2024? Current access situation
So Borley Rectory is obviously one of the most famous allegedly haunted locations in Britain, and I've always wanted to visit.

Patterson-Gimlin footage—genuine or talented hoaxer?
I've been down a Bigfoot research rabbit hole this week (don't judge) and the Patterson-Gimlin footage from 1967 keeps coming up.

What got YOU into paranormal investigation?
Sleep paralysis, actually. I had a horrifying experience with it - convinced I was being attacked by something.

Guide: Best practices for September-November night watches on the moors
We're coming into the best season for UAP activity according to historical data (autumn/early winter), so I thought I'd share what's worked for me over the past eight years of regular skywatching...

The Rendlesham Forest incident - still no solid answers 45 years on?
Rendlesham was likely the Orfordness lighthouse beam misidentification, honestly. The declassified documents show the timeline matches up pretty well.

Flatmate's convinced we've got a poltergeist - I think he's stressed and hearing things
Honestly, get some monks in or something. Not for the ghosts - for the reassurance. If the flat's blessed or whatever, he'll feel better and you'll both have peace of mind. Costs what, fifty quid?

Local medium claims she's made contact with Borley Rectory entities - anyone know her work?
I've never heard of Patricia Whitmore specifically, but Essex has a LOT of mediums claiming connections to Borley.

Scottish Highlands encounter - April 2019 (long story)
Glen Affric reports! Finally. I've heard two other accounts from that exact area - both from reliable sources.
