Actually this is interesting. There are occasional reports of weird light phenomena on the Tube, particularly around South Kensington and the Knightsbridge area.
Has anyone got the original file? Mobile video compression artefacts can create all sorts of strange effects. I'd want to see the uncompressed version before I'm convinced. Also, who filmed it?
The solstice correlation is interesting but let me play devil's advocate: couldn't increased observations at solstices just be because more people are outdoors?

Keep a detailed log of when things happen - time, what moved, where it ended up, weather conditions, what your daughter was doing/feeling at that moment.
The lens flare argument doesn't hold up for me. Flare is usually symmetrical and extends toward the light source. This object has crisp edges.

This is brilliant. I've been wanting to get into thermal imaging but thought it'd be proper expensive. FLIR One secondhand is the way to go then. Might grab one for the solstice investigations.

For technique: record in silence, leave gaps between questions, ask yes/no questions in a clear voice, then leave 10-15 seconds of silence for responses.

No parallax shift visible, which is odd. This is actually really important and doesn't get mentioned enough.
I've read about missing time on the A303 near Stonehenge and on various Scottish roads. There might be a pattern with ancient sites or ley lines.
CAT S60 smartphone has built-in thermal. Bit pricey upfront (£500+) but if you're into this long-term it pays for itself. Doubles as a regular phone too.

If this is genuinely poltergeist activity and not mechanical causes, you've got a few options. Some people have success with cleansing rituals - salt lines, sage, whatever resonates with your...

Solstice activity is an interesting hypothesis. The longer daylight would make covert observation harder for conventional aircraft, but UAPs supposedly operate in ways that defy conventional...

Borley Rectory is essentially paranormal folklore at this point. The original house is gone. We're investigating an absence and a legend.

The escalation pattern you're describing - starting small and building up - is interesting. Has anything emotionally significant happened recently? Moving house is stressful for kids.

"Mysterious Britain" podcast is brilliant but fair warning: the host is very skeptical. Like, very skeptical. If you're looking for stuff that validates your beliefs, this might frustrate you.
It started with small things - her pencils falling off her desk when nothing had touched them Desks aren't level. Vibrations cause things to roll. A light tap can send stuff cascading.

Am I going mad or is this a genuine Mandela effect/simulation glitch?Could be false memory combined with aging memory. We're all prone to misremembering place names, especially over years.
Honestly, the first thing to do is rule out environmental causes. Get a structural surveyor round to check for subsidence or settling.

South Kensington's on the Circle and District lines primarily, not the South Circle (that's not a thing, did you mean the Piccadilly?).
