Bit off topic but has anyone had luck actually recording these things properly on a phone? Every time I catch something unusual in the sky it comes out as a blurry mess and nobody takes it seriously. Asking because a mate of mine reckons he saw something similar over Maidstone last weekend - three lights in a slow triangle formation - and his footage looks like he filmed it through a potato. Is there a specific app or camera setting that actually works, or are we all just doomed to look like cranks with terrible evidence forever?
Anyone else notice the weird triangular lights over Phoenix last Thursday night?
