Never been to Waverly Hills myself - it's a bit far from Rendlesham for a casual trip - but I've read a fair amount about it and the 4th floor stuff keeps coming up in accounts.

Wasn't there myself but I've been reading a few accounts from that place over the years and the shadow figure reports keep coming up consistently, which is interesting.

Living near Rendlesham I've had a few moments where something over the treeline just doesn't add up, so I get why you can't stop thinking about it.

The MOD restrict forest access for completely mundane reasons all the time - ammunition disposal, infrastructure maintenance, training exercises. It's not sinister, it's just what they do.

Right, I've looked at your frames and honestly my first thought is a Chinese lantern. They can move in strange ways depending on air currents, and the 'pulsing' effect could be the internal light...
