My grandfather passed away last year and I've been going through his journals. Found an entry dated March 1962 where he describes witnessing something he believed was Spring-heeled Jack.
I was up there in August and it was dead quiet to be honest. No EMF spikes, no unusual activity, just a nice walk up a hill. Though the weather was beautiful, which might've affected things.

Added to my playlist. I've always been suspicious of the Borley Rectory narrative because most sources trace back to Harry Price, and there's quite a lot of academic criticism of his methodology.
The Yorkshire Post article was decent actually - they mentioned the historical context without being too sensational. Better than the tabloids at least.
