Been doing EVP sessions near some of the older burial grounds out on Dartmoor for about three years now and yeah, consistently picking up something.

@Bev43 yeah I had something similar around age 8, out on the moor near where I grew up. Set off walking back to the farm around 3pm, arrived home and it was nearly dark.

Could you upload the raw file (not YouTube compression) if the uploader has it? YouTube's codec destroys detail and makes analysis almost impossible.

Honestly this could be something mundane - National Archives does maintenance on their database systems regularly and files temporarily become unavailable.
