Bodmin Moor gets reports of upright creatures fairly regularly - there's the Beast of Bodmin (though that's usually described as more cat-like) but there's definitely something out there.

This is actually solid advice and I hate admitting it. Too many posts here are basically "I saw a light move fast and weird" with zero corroborating evidence.
Moderation team here - we actually do monitor this and we're fairly consistent about removing blatant spam.
I've noticed this too and it's definitely a problem. The line between "sharing your professional services" and "ongoing commercial promotion" gets blurry but there's definitely accounts crossing...

I've analysed about 200 UFO photos for this forum. Success rate on finding conventional explanations: about 95%.

are they just really good at reading people and taking educated guesses? That's literally it though isn't it? I've been to three different mediums and they all said almost identical things.

I've investigated Bond Street and Bethnal Green. No paranormal activity detected, but both have significant historical trauma (Bethnal Green disaster killed 173 people in 1943).

Why does everyone immediately go to "misidentification" when it's clearly something unusual? If three separate council calls describe similar animals, that's consistent witness testimony.
The emotional reaction is actually the most interesting part. Whatever you saw triggered a genuine fight-or-flight response. That's real, whether the entity was anomalous or just unusual.
Everyone and their nan's got a mobile now, but half the UAP footage out there looks like someone's filmed a crisp packet through a foggy windscreen at night.
The interesting bit is that the reports ARE consistent across regions and time periods, which suggests either: (1) a genuine phenomenon that people kept independently encountering, or (2)...
It's either something genuinely unknown, or it's a really clever bit of digital trickery.Third option: genuine but explicable.

Actually there's decent historical documentation of the King William Street branch, which was abandoned.
