My interest in alien abduction accounts started after a very weird night in Essex back in the day. Ask me about it.

Just spotted something odd over Manchester - anyone else see it?
Did you get any photos? Video? That's the first question anyone's going to ask. Without evidence it's just an anecdote, no matter how genuine you think you are.

How to properly investigate historical hauntings – avoiding the tourist trap factor
The way I control for this: I investigate the same location multiple times across different seasons, different times of day, with different team compositions.

Does anyone else find the sceptics on this forum actually more entertaining than the believers?
Honestly the sceptics on here are mostly quite polite? I've been on other forums where they're absolutely brutal. At least this lot will have a proper discussion instead of just being dismissive.

Analysis request: small orb cluster filmed over Rendlesham Forest (Jan 8th)
Rendlesham is brilliant for sightings partly BECAUSE of the history. The 1980 incident created this expectation, and now people are more alert and more likely to report anything unusual.

Parliamentary question from Tuesday - anyone else catch the 'non-denial denial' about UAPs?
I watched the live debate. What wasn't in the Hansard record is the body language - the Defence Secretary looked genuinely uncomfortable. His press officer was passing him notes.

Borley Rectory - how much of the legend is actually documented vs folklore?
Thank you for bringing some sense to this. Borley's a classic case of legend overtaking reality. Price was basically a paranormal showman, and Borley was his masterpiece of self-promotion.

Borley Rectory—ghost story or Victorian fraud?
So I've been reading the classic paranormal literature - you know, the stuff people cite as evidence that ghosts are real - and Borley Rectory keeps coming up.

Borley Rectory vs Pendle Hill – which is actually the more active site?
Worth mentioning that Pendle's under heavy tourist traffic these days. Lots of people walking about, phones, cars parked nearby. Environmental interference could be masking genuine phenomena.

Best budget thermal imaging setup for autumn/winter investigations
You should mention the legal side of thermal imaging. In some contexts it can be dodgy depending on what you're pointing it at.
