Dogman sightings cluster near water, abduction accounts do too - starting to think whatever's going on out there really likes a decent lake view.

It lasted maybe 30 seconds then normal. That duration is interesting. Long enough to be deliberate, short enough that it rules out some explanations.

The locals not thinking it's haunted is actually quite important. The people who lived in the area would have the clearest picture.
