Been getting this exact thing lately. Deep male voice, sounds like it's saying the same word or phrase over and over across completely separate sessions.

The NDE consistency thing is interesting but I'd be careful drawing a straight line from that to a specific photo taken in the 30s.

Even without the video, the description ('straight lines, sudden stops, rapid acceleration') suggests drone or misidentified aircraft.

I'm skeptical of reading too much into the releases. Governments are slow, bureaucratic, and they classify things out of habit as much as security.
