The problem with Borley is so much nonsense has been written about it that sorting signal from noise is nearly impossible.

Interesting angle but Rendlesham is so heavily documented and analysed that I think we'd have seen a cryptid explanation emerge by now.

Here's what I think: most cryptids are probably known animals behaving unusually or being seen in bad conditions. But that's probably true of 85%, not 100%.
