Borley's a minefield because of all the reported activity over the decades. The Harry Price recordings are the gold standard for historical EVP, but even those are debated.
I've tested it against a commercial meter and the readings are within about 10% of each otherWhich commercial meter though? Because a lot of them are rubbish anyway.
