Could be balloons with LED attachments - there's an increasing number of people doing that for aerial photography. The lack of sound matches, and they can stay aloft for extended periods.
Could also be Spring-heeled Jack's pet? 😄 Joking aside, seriously report this to the local wildlife trust. Even if it's a misidentification they'll want to know.
For the price point it's competing with proper ghost hunting equipment, not radio scanners. You're getting what you pay for in terms of design and durability even if the performance specs are...
Just a heads up - the 'misidentified animals' explanation probably accounts for like 80% of cryptid sightings. The remaining 20% is either hoaxes or genuinely weird stuff.
