Brilliant case file this one. The Owlman doesn't get nearly enough attention compared to Mothman but the parallels are striking - large wings, glowing eyes, treetop activity near water.
Been noticing this myself lately, though I'm coming at it more from a cryptid/Mothman angle than straight EVP work.
Didn't see this one personally (I'm over in Liverpool so a bit far out of range!) but this has got me genuinely curious.
