Did anyone else feel something weird at the Waverly Hills Sanatorium tour last weekend?

Wasn't there last weekend but I've done a couple of overnight investigations at similar sites and the pattern you're describing sounds familiar.

That heavy pressure feeling in certain rooms - I've had it at old asylum-type buildings before. Whether it's genuine paranormal activity or just the psychological weight of knowing what happened in those places, hard to say honestly. I try to stay sceptical even though I'm deep into this stuff.

What I will say is if you were picking anything up on a spirit box, don't dismiss it straight away. I run a Shack Hack myself and the hits I've had in emotionally charged locations have been noticeably different to baseline noise. Still not saying it's definitive proof of anything, but it's worth logging.

Waverly Hills has a reputation that arguably works against proper investigation - too many people go in expecting something, which clouds everything. Did you have any equipment running or was it just the standard tour setup? That matters a lot for how seriously we can take what you experienced.

Anyone else been recently? Curious if the fourth floor is still the hotspot everyone claims it is or if that's just tour guide mythology at this point.

Not been to Waverly Hills myself but we've got Pendle Hill on our doorstep and I get that same pressure feeling in specific spots up there - it's really localised, almost like walking into a cold patch but heavier somehow.

Few questions for @HauntedSentinel and the OP:

Was the pressure feeling consistent across multiple people in the group, or just you?, Did it correlate with any EMF spikes at the time?, Any timestamps on your recordings when it happened?

I've been reading about infrasound as a possible explanation - frequencies below 20Hz apparently can cause that uneasy, heavy sensation. Some old buildings generate it through structural vibration.

Not saying it explains away anything paranormal, but it might help narrow down whether there's a consistent environmental trigger at that specific location. Would be interesting to cross-reference with other visitors' accounts from the same rooms.
