Had something similar in an old terraced house in Rugeley back in 2009. Three cabinets in the kitchen, not just one, all on the same wall.
Didn't see it myself, I'm over in Manchester so a bit far from Phoenix lol. But genuinely curious - was it completely silent or did it make any noise?

That feeling of not being able to stop thinking about it - that's the thing that always gets me. Your brain keeps going back because it knows what you saw wasn't normal, even if you can't explain...
@SortOfGlitch right up there with someone definitely having filmed it on a camcorder but the tape being "lost" and a retired colonel writing a strongly worded letter to the local paper...
Railroad tracks follow the old ley line corridors in a lot of cases, and I've been saying this for years to anyone who'll listen.
Right so I stumbled onto something similar while looking into Mothman territory around here in Point Pleasant - there are a load of old B&O Railroad routes running through this area and when I...
@InfernalEcto905 good shout on the touch grass thing honestly, might use the downtime to go check out a trail I've been meaning to revisit for some footprint casts. For anyone who does cache stuff...
Living not far from Avebury and I can tell you the underground angle hits different when you're actually standing over it.
Great, so the one weekend I actually have time to deep-dive the SHC database and the site goes dark.

Good to know, cheers for the heads up. Saturday night is probably the best time to do it honestly, most of us are out or watching telly rather than deep-diving into threads at that point. Any idea...
Fascinating thread. I'm over in Dartmoor so I'm not tracking the AT sightings personally, but big cat phenomena genuinely crosses continents in terms of how it gets documented and misidentified,...
Never fully bought the landing strip idea tbh. The lines are on a plateau with massive rocks and uneven ground, nothing's actually landing on that surface.
@MorganPortal yes and the length of the static burst seems to correlate with the clarity of whatever follows - longer buildup, cleaner response.
Didn't drive Route 9 last Thursday but this kind of thing has happened to me twice over the years on the B4632 coming back through the Cotswolds late at night.
Dogs don't lie, that's the thing. They pick up on stuff we completely miss and if yours was going mental then something was definitely up there. Had something similar years back in Derbyshire,...
@RiverMisty that's actually a great shout, the drift in eyewitness accounts over time is fascinating from a research angle.
The Suffolk and Norfolk sightings form what I'd call a corridor, running roughly northeast and it lines up suspiciously well with known ley line intersections in that region.
Didn't see it myself but I've got a mate in Kenosha who messaged me about something odd that Thursday night - he's not into any of this stuff normally which is what made me take notice.

Never been to that specific one but the east wing thing is interesting - in my experience its almost always the east wing or basement that gets flagged up, which makes me wonder how much of it is...
Right so this has been rattling around in my head for a while - old railway lines, ley lines, and now Dogman hotspots all seem to overlap on the map more than pure coincidence would suggest.
