Bodmin's got a reputation for this stuff. There's decades of reports. You're not alone in this experience.

This is genuinely interesting and creepy. The question I have is: are you certain nobody else would've noticed?
Missing time is one of the hardest things to investigate because there's so many possible causes and no objective way to prove what happened.

This might not be paranormal exactly, but it's definitely anomalous and worth documenting. Keep a log if it happens again - times, duration, any other effects. Might help narrow down what it is.

Have you checked with the power company about any work happening near your building? Sometimes they do maintenance that affects the grid.

The Bingley Arms is a brilliant shout - that's one of the oldest pubs in the UK and definitely has activity. I've not investigated there myself but I've read solid reports.

The simultaneous phone death is the thing that interests me. How charged were they? Because phones don't just die at the same time unless there's a common external cause - electromagnetic pulse,...

Ben doesn't want to talk about it That's actually quite common in these situations. Sometimes people experience trauma without realizing it and their mind just refuses to engage.

The red torch tip is spot on. I use a headtorch with red filter mode. Also - keep a star chart handy. You'd be surprised how many "sightings" are just people not recognising Venus or Sirius.
I've been ghost hunting as a hobby for about two years now and I'm getting a bit frustrated with something.
Hi Quirk Reports! Just joined because I'm honestly confused and my friends all think I'm being ridiculous.

Missing time on Bodmin is documented. There are several historical reports from that specific location. The "lost focus" state you describe is consistent with what other experiencers report.

The 11:11 thing genuinely happens though. I've had it for years. Not sure what it means, but I don't think it's just coincidence. Could be synchronicity, could be some kind of signal.
One thing I'd mention - bring company. I used to go solo and got a bit paranoid. Having a mate there means two sets of eyes, mutual verification of what you're seeing, and it's safer if you have...
