Living in Roswell I feel like I've seen my fair share of weird stuff over the tree line but something actually hovering is a different level mate. Did it make any sound at all? That's usually my first question because the silent ones are the ones that mess with me the most.
Also - and this is important - did you notice any missing time afterwards? Even like 20 or 30 minutes you cant account for? A lot of people brush that part off and then realise months later something was off about that night.
Genuinely would love more details, colour of the light, was it solid or pulsing, did it move in a straight line or do that classic stop-start thing. The more you can remember the better because memory fades fast on these. Write everything down now if you havent already.
