Can you give us more detail on the shape and the light quality? Specifically whether the light was pulsing at regular intervals or irregular, and whether it had any colour shift as it moved or held position. That last bit matters more than most people realise.
I've been tracking reports out of East Anglia for about twelve years now and the ones that stick - the ones that don't get explained away - tend to share certain characteristics that the witness almost never thinks to mention unprompted. Height estimation is another thing worth pinning down if you can. People are notoriously bad at it but even a rough comparison against treeline or rooftops helps enormously.
Not trying to pepper you with questions before you've had a chance to just tell the story, do that first. But when you're ready to get into specifics this community has people who can actually help you work through what you saw rather than just piling on with "definitely a drone" or "weather balloon" and calling it done.
