Alright everyone, I'm Dave from Lancashire and I've been reading Quirk Reports for about three years now without posting. Figured it was time to actually join the community properly after what happened to me last month.

I'm mostly interested in UFO sightings and unexplained aerial phenomena, though I'm open-minded about cryptids too. My mates down the pub think I'm mad for being into all this, but honestly after what I witnessed on the 14th of November near Pendle Hill, I can't just ignore it anymore. Looking forward to chatting with people who actually take this stuff seriously rather than just laughing it off.

Fair warning: I'm rubbish at technology so I might take a while to figure out how forums work, but I'll give it a go.

Welcome aboard, Dave! Always great to get new members who've actually got a proper experience to share. Don't worry about the tech side - most of us are still figuring out how to attach images properly, so you'll fit right in. Get yourself a cuppa and tell us about this November incident when you're ready. Pendle Hill's got some interesting history with it, hasn't it?

Welcome mate! Just a heads up - we've got a lovely community here but we do get the occasional skeptic who likes to debunk everything, so don't take it personally if someone questions your story. That's just how the forum works. Looking forward to hearing about Pendle Hill! 👽

Another Lancashire lad! Nice one. You'll find plenty of us up North who've had sightings. The pub thing is relatable - I had to stop mentioning it to my colleagues after about the hundredth eye-roll. Anyway, introduce yourself properly in a dedicated thread if you fancy, and definitely share that November story in the Personal Encounters forum. Cheers for joining!
