Timing could be worse I suppose, Saturday morning would've been my first choice to avoid disrupting peak browsing hours but at least it's not a Friday night when the UFO sighting threads tend to go absolutely mental with activity.
Anyone know if theres a rough time window? Like is it early morning GMT or more of an afternoon thing? Makes a difference if people are mid-thread on something active. Would be good if the mods could pin an approximate start time so we're not just randomly refreshing and wondering if our connection's gone funny.
Also worth asking - will any data be lost or is this purely infrastructure stuff? Had a longer post I was halfway through drafting about the Falmouth Bay sightings, would hate to find out the draft cache gets wiped during maintenance.
