Right, cheers for the heads up at least. Most sites just go dark without warning and you're left wondering if the whole thing has been pulled.
Saturday should be fine for me - not that I'd have much choice either way. Would be useful to know roughly what time zone you're working from though, for those of us outside the US. I'm up in Inverness so if "a few hours" means 3am to 6am my time that's one thing, but if it coincides with a Saturday afternoon when I'd actually be on here then I might need to plan around it.
Anyone else find these maintenance windows always seem to land right when something interesting is being discussed? Last time a site I used went down mid-thread we lost about two days worth of replies on a decent poltergeist case and never really got the momentum back. Hopefully the forum state is all backed up properly before they start poking around.
