Saturday night works for me - I'm usually out doing my own thing around the bayou anyway, so won't even notice the downtime. Though knowing my luck I'll get halfway through typing up something about a particularly interesting NDE case I've been digging into and then poof, site goes dark.
Couple of questions for the admins if they're reading this:
Will post drafts be preserved? I've lost work before during unexpected outages and it's maddening., Any chance the search function gets looked at during this maintenance? It's been throwing odd results for weeks. Search ". Tunnel experience". And half the time you get threads about nothing remotely related., What time zone are we talking for the downtime window? Always useful to know for those of us not on Eastern time.
Genuinely curious whether anyone else has thoughts on what they'd like to see improved while the hood's open. The thread tagging system has always been a bit clunky in my opinion - proper categorisation matters when you're trying to cross-reference accounts systematically.
Anyone else got a wishlist? Might as well compile it in one place while we've got the admins' attention.
