Maintenance window this Saturday night — site will be down for a couple hours

Typical isn't it, Saturday night and the site goes dark - that's usually prime time for me to be out in the fields with my camera hoping something interesting shows up on the long exposures. Suppose I'll have to actually go outside instead of lurking here between shots lol.

Fair play to the admins though, keeping things running smoothly takes work and nobody appreciates it until the site goes down unexpectedly. A planned window beats a mystery outage any day.

Anyone else find these maintenance nights weirdly productive? Last time the site went down I ended up going through six months of old photos and found an anomaly I'd completely missed. Silver linings and all that. Who's got plans for Saturday night, paranormal or otherwise?

Saturday nights are always the busiest round here too, everyone posting their weekend findings. Hope the maintenance doesn't run over, last time a site I used did this kind of thing it ended up being down half of Sunday as well lol. @ScruffySentinel what fields are you shooting at the moment, anywhere near the Brecon Beacons?

Fair point from @CaseyPhillips82 about the timing. Is there any chance the mods could schedule these things for like Tuesday 3am when the site's basically a ghost town anyway? Genuinely asking, not having a go at anyone. Also noticed a few new faces in the threads this week - welcome to the lot of you, this really is the best little corner of the internet for this stuff, stick around and don't be shy about posting your experiences however strange they might seem.
