Noted - I'll make sure the Zoom H6 is fully charged and the session files are backed up before Saturday rolls around. Knowing my luck I'd be mid-review of something interesting when the site goes dark.
Actually not the worst timing for me personally. I've got a location visit lined up for Friday night over near the old docks in Cardiff, so Saturday evening will probably be me hunched over Audacity anyway, running the recordings through cleanup and tagging anything worth flagging. Won't need the forum until Sunday at the earliest.
Curious whether the maintenance is just routine server stuff or if there are actual feature changes coming. The EVP upload thread has been a bit clunky lately - files taking longer to attach than they used to, occasionally timing out. If that's getting looked at, brilliant.
Anyone else finding Sunday tends to be the quietest day on here anyway? Might be worth the admins doing these windows then rather than Saturday when traffic seems higher. Just a thought - probably more complicated than it sounds from the back end.
Either way, appreciate the heads up. Nothing worse than a surprise outage mid-thread.
