Saturday midnight EST is what, around 5am here in the UK? So not too bad for us lot, should be sleeping anyway 😄 Though knowing me I'll probably be up doing a late night EVP session or going through footage from my last outing and wondering why the site won't load lol.
Genuinely appreciate when admins communicate this stuff properly. Had it before on other forums where the site just goes dark with zero explanation and half the community assumes it's been shut down permanently or hacked or something. Transparency goes a long way.
Anyone know roughly how long it's expected to be down? Even a ballpark ". Couple of hours". Would be useful just so people aren't refreshing every five minutes. Also curious whether there's anything specific being worked on - new features, performance improvements? The site's been running pretty well recently so hopefully it's just routine stuff rather than anything major needing fixing.
Worth maybe pinning this announcement or posting it in the main community Discord if there is one, just so it reaches people who don't check the announcements section regularly. Loads of members probably won't see this until after the fact otherwise.
