Cheers for the heads up, appreciated. Saturday nights are usually when I'm doing long remote sessions so timing could've been worse honestly - at least it's not a Friday when the thread activity tends to spike.
Any rough estimate on how long the downtime will last? Even a ballpark would help, just so I know whether to bother trying to load the site or give up and go do something useful with my evening lol.
Also worth mentioning for anyone who hasn't thought about it - if you're mid-thread on something important or have draft posts you're working on, probably worth copying that text somewhere local before Saturday just in case. Lost a fairly detailed write-up on a mediumship session once during an unplanned outage on another forum and never quite reconstructed it properly. Learned my lesson there.
Hope the maintenance sorts whatever needs sorting. Site's been running pretty smoothly from my end lately so presumably this is more preventative than anything critical.
