Fair enough, these things need doing. Just hope it's back up before Sunday morning because that's when I usually catch up on threads with a brew and a couple of hours to spare.
One thing I'll say - and I've mentioned it before on here - it'd be handy if there was somewhere to carry on chatting while the site's down. Some of us don't do Twitter or whatever its called now. Lost a couple of good conversations in the past when maintenance ran longer than expected and people just drifted off and never came back to finish what they were saying.
Anyway, thanks for the heads up. Better than just finding a blank page on Saturday and wondering if somethings gone wrong. Looking forward to seeing what improvements come out the other side.
